Friday Health Plans of Nevada, In Liquidation

Since the liquidation of Friday Health Plans of Nevada on September 1, 2023, the Nevada Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association has been responsible for claims and has since then processed over 13,000 claims for Friday Health Members. At this time, we believe all timely claims and appeals have been resolved. For additional information, please refer to the resources below:

Information for Policyholders of Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company ("CBL") and Bankers Life Insurance Company ("BLIC")
